The Starlight / Dreamlight cinema branding project was never implemented, but created an interesting design case study.

 

The logo visualises the moving light of a long photographic exposure of how the stars revolve around the north star. The Dreamlight logo looked at visualising the dynamics of film and the angles of the screen.

 

Concepts for the website, signage, posters and logo were developed, with the posters being based on the concept of films coming to Falmouth - i.e. Flying saucers attacking the moor in Falmouth's town and a huge sea monster attacking the Maritime Museum.
