Graphic Designer

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and talented graphic designer to join our team.

You’ll be working on a range of projects designing amazing, user friendly and highly creative work under the guidance of the Director. From brochures, advertising, branding, exhibitions, packaging and websites, you’ll have an eye for detail and a portfolio that really stands out.

You’ll need know your way around Adobe products such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign and have a keen interest in latest digital technologies and visual trends.

We’re looking for a team player, someone who can work as part of our team both internally and externally, join in with social events and networking and contribute in meetings. All with a creative, thoughtful and cost sensitive approach to solving our clients problems.

Example Duties:
The role will cover a wide scope of design services including:
Branding
Brochure and printed literature
Packaging
AdvertisingExhibition design
Application design

Essential and desirable requirements and skills:
A degree in Graphic Design or a related area.
A broad portfolio that really stands out and shows your skills
Excellent typography skills
2+ years experience

Salary
Salary dependent on your experience and skills, with 24 days holiday per year + bank holidays.

This role is full-time and based at our studio at the new Krowji Creative Hub in Redruth. A part-time role would be considered for the right candidate.

WordPress Theme Developer

We’re are seeking a full time WordPress developer to join our team. You’ll be enthusiastic with a positive attitude; a keen eye for detail and a willingness to keep up to date with current trends and technologies. In return you’ll be working on projects for some really exciting clients.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Work with the designers to plan and develop custom WordPress themes
Support clients with website training and website upgrades
Offer technical support for client websites, hosting and emails

Requirements
Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3,  javascript and basic PHP
Experience developing WordPress themes that are fast, optimised and secure
Familiarity with web standards and usability
Eagerness to identify, learn, and use new and changing technologies
Ability to manage multiple projects at once
Attention to detail
2+ years experience

If you have experience with other CMS platforms or are just amazing with all things HTML, CSS and Javascript, we will provide training to help get you up to speed.

Salary
